Culver’s of Racine is looking for new Back of House True Blue Crew Members. If delighting is in your DNA, you’ll be a natural at this position. Our back-of-house (BOH) crew members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment, working together as a team to prepare seared-to-order Butter Burgers and other guest favorites. No bun is left unbuttered, and no Cheese Curd is overcooked.
In our kitchen, the details matter. These are the talented people who ensure every meal we serve is a masterpiece.
We are the 2nd busiest Culver's in the nation, which means you are coming into a very fast-paced environment that never stops! We need Back of House members who can work fast and keep up the Culver's standard of Quality at the same time! You will be tested physically and mentally.
