• As an Emergency Veterinarian at WVRC Racine/Kenosha, you will:
  • Manage a variety of small animal ER cases
  • Have the option to perform ER surgeries
  • Use your clinical skills independently and make confident decisions in fast-paced situations
  • Contribute to a culture of high-quality, compassionate care
• What We’re Looking For:
  • Internship-trained or minimum of 2 years of emergency experience
  • Comfortable managing high caseloads and working independently
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting

• Lead Our ER Immerse Training Program—design, deliver, and refine hands‑on learning for new grads
• Serve as a Mentor & Curriculum Contributor—help shape in-hospital CE and collaborate with Ethos Clinical Learning & Development
