This will be a second shift (Monday‑Friday 2:30 pm‑11:00 pm) position at our Racine facility (8635 Washington Avenue, Mt Pleasant, WI). This role will start at $20+ hourly.
The Assembler II is responsible for assembling parts according to specified Work Instructions. This position may be required to rotate throughout the facility in a variety of assembly tasks.

- Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job and make adjustments when needed on your own.
- Use a production system to record day‑to‑day customer order activity, view work instructions, and report completed work.
- Take initiative to ensure priority items are completed and, when needed, seek out additional information from lead or supervisor.
- High School Degree/GED Preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing desired.

- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
- Depending on the assigned department, must be able to demonstrate the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and complete an audiogram test.
- Those working in the aerospace department must be able to pass vision, color vision, and depth perception tests.
- This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
