Operations Manager – Racine, WI

Twin Disc, a global leader in power transmission technology, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee production, warehouse, and distribution operations at our Racine, WI facility. This is your opportunity to lead a high‑performing team, optimize processes, and ensure world‑class quality and delivery.
Education – Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA a plus).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
- Lead and develop cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and preventive maintenance programs
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to resolve challenges and deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience:
7+ years in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution leadership - Proven success in operational excellence, team development, and KPI management
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (JDE preferred), WMS, and Microsoft Office
- Expertise in Lean tools, structured problem‑solving, and compliance‑driven environments
