Maintenance Technician; 1st Shift

What you will contribute: join a team where your technical skill and quick thinking matter. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll maintain and repair critical machinery—including CNC equipment—while supporting the upkeep of our facility. You will tackle preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.

This is an onsite 1st shift role at our Racine facility.

• Inspect, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on machines and company equipment.
• Analyze and take appropriate action to repair machines and company equipment.
• Prioritize and distribute maintenance work orders and follow through to ensure timely outcomes.
• Add and maintain plumbing and electrical systems in buildings.
• Take responsibility for overall maintenance, snow removal, and repair of buildings.
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines.

• High school degree required;
  Associate’s Degree/Trade school preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Maintenance, Operations or a similar field desired

• Experience repairing and maintaining CNC and other machinery preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and evaluate equipment to ensure safety and efficient operation
