As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll maintain and repair critical machinery—including CNC equipment—while supporting the upkeep of our facility. You will tackle preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.
This is an onsite 1st shift role at our Racine facility.
Responsibilities (Job Duties)- Inspect, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on machines and company equipment.
- Analyze and take appropriate action to repair machines and company equipment.
- Prioritize and distribute maintenance work orders and follow through to ensure timely outcomes.
- Add and maintain plumbing and electrical systems in buildings.
- Take responsibility for overall maintenance, snow removal, and repair of buildings.
- Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines.
- High school degree required;
Associate’s Degree/Trade school preferred - 3+ years of experience in Maintenance, Operations or a similar field desired
- Experience repairing and maintaining CNC and other machinery preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and evaluate equipment to ensure safety and efficient operation
