Compensation Range: $35-40/hr

Job Description:

This role supports packaging graphics initiatives and enterprise system enhancements by managing projects within a digital graphics management platform and driving cross-functional coordination.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support implementation, testing, and documentation of Esko Web Center enhancements
• Lead testing and documentation efforts for new system modules
• Manage text field refresh initiatives and stakeholder alignment
• Provide hands-on project management within Web Center for North America and International brand teams
• Troubleshoot graphics workflow issues and escalate when needed
• Track milestones, document outcomes, and drive continuous process improvements
• Collaborate across marketing, operations, IT, and graphics teams
• Travel locally between Racine campus locations as needed

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• 7+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years in pre-media, creative agency, Client, healthcare, or packaging graphics roles
• 3+ years of experience with Esko Web Center or similar graphics project management software
• Ability to clearly communicate project milestones, risks, and data to cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-Haves:

• Proven track record managing packaging graphics assets and approval workflows
• Experience with digital asset management systems
• PMP Certification
• Hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution experience in graphics workflows
• Experience with print production, packaging, and regulatory compliance
