Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be an integral part of the project support team, helping to streamline processes and enhance documentation quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong process orientation, and a passion for creating clear, comprehensive documentation that empowers teams and improves operational efficiency.

** What's the Job?*
* + Review existing procedural documentation related to nCino platform implementation

+ Learn and understand new nCino processes to identify documentation updates and create new workflows

+ Develop detailed, step-by-step documentation including clear screenshots and visual callouts

+ Collaborate with project team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation

+ Support the project during its critical phases, contributing to process clarity and team efficiency

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in writing and reviewing procedures, job aids, and technical documentation

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

+ Ability to learn new processes quickly and translate them into clear documentation

+ Proficiency in capturing workflows with screenshots and visual elements

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
