Job Title: GIS/GTD PM
Location: Onsite - Racine WI
Start Date: 2/1/26
Duration: 6 months (contract)
Compensation: $50-55/hr
Support formal project management efforts with a focus on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure programs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Manage formal and informal project efforts, typically 3–7 projects per fiscal year
- Create and manage project documentation
- Conduct regular meetings and provide reporting updates to stakeholders
- Track project budgets and resource allocations
- Report on project data for stakeholder management
- Facilitate communication across teams and leadership
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree (IT disciplines preferred)
- 5–10 years of project management experience, including Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
- 5+ years in budget and resource tracking
- Experience with stakeholder data collection and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills across teams
- Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other PM tools
- PMP Certification
- Agile or Scrum Certifications
- This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility
