Base Pay Range

$10.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Good Life at Home – Racine, WI

Good Life at Home offers 3-4 bed and 2-bed Adult Family Group Homes for residents with advanced aging, irreversible dementia/alzheimer’s, developmental disability, emotional disturbances, terminal illnesses, and traumatic brain injury.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living: dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, incontinent care, and mobility device use.
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living: use of telephone, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to appointments.
• Medication assistance and administration under training.
• Health maintenance and monitoring: observe changes in physical and cognitive status, report hazards, and record incidents.
• Dining & eating support: escort to dining room, assist eating, set and service meals.
• Resident social activity: participate in and promote facility activities.
• Documentation and reporting: use company protocols to document resident needs and incidents.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to think, act, and intervene independently in routine and emergency situations.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; courteous and respectful under all circumstances.
• Flexible scheduling: available for at least two of the three regularly scheduled shifts and participation in holiday activities as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test, background check, communicable disease/TB test, and current annual physical.
• Professional references required.
