The R & D Engineering Intern will assist in preparing products for testing of capability and durability, installing products or components on a test stand, and monitoring the performance of the product or component being tested. This position can also assist in preparing, calibrating and attaching instrumentation to the product or component for the purpose of gathering test data.

Assist in preparing products for testing of capability and durability.

Assist in preparing, calibrating and attaching instrumentation to the product or component for gathering test data.

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, software, or computer engineering or related field
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in 3‑d modeling;
  Solid Works preferred
• Basic knowledge in 2‑d CAD;
  Draft Sight or AutoCAD preferred
• Knowledgeable in creation of spreadsheets
• Skilled in the use of data acquisition equipment;
  Dataq and National Instruments preferred
• Proficient in the use of PLM;
  Smar Team preferred
