Position Overview
Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is looking to hire a full‑time Express Service Advisor. The Advisor will be responsible for evaluating customer vehicle issues, providing repair estimates, and managing the repair order process.
Job Duties• Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms; clarify the details of the problem.
• Conduct inspections, take test drives, check vehicle maintenance records, and examine service schedules.
• Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtain approval signatures; enter the order into the service database system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and pass a drug test.
Signing bonus available for qualified applicants.
• People with customer service/hospitality experience encouraged to apply, regardless of automotive experience.
• Ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and has a positive attitude.
