Office Administrator provides vital administrative support to multiple teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to sales goals. This full‑time on‑site position requires on‑site presence.
Job TitleOffice Administrator
Responsibilities- Receive and process sales orders, verify customer information, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Maintain customer records, address inquiries, and provide after‑sales support.
- Update and maintain customer databases and sales reports.
- Facilitate communication between the sales team, other departments, and customers.
- Maintain filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieve information from records as requested.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Administrative support experience.
- Data entry proficiency.
- Experience with spreadsheets and clerical tasks.
- Office management and filing skills.
Experience with purchase orders and payroll.
The position is based in an older building, which will be relocated to Pleasant Prairie in a year to a year and a half. The role involves typical office duties, and the candidate should be comfortable with occasional visits to the warehouse.
Job Type & LocationContract to hire position based out of Racine, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 – $25.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
