Business Office Manager for Growing Home Health & Hospice Company!

We are seeking a Business Office Manager with Accounting experience to support a Growing Home Health & Hospice Agency. SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $5,000!

As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for direct oversight of the general operations of the accounting department to include accounts payables, accounts receivables, data entry and general accounting duties. You will assure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and promote the Company’s mission and philosophy.

• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Maintains historical records.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by investigating necessary information.
• Resolves collections by examining payment history.

Location:

We have offices in Germantown, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, Appleton, Sheboygan, Racine (Mount Pleasant), and Kenosha.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Compensation: $25-$30/hour, commensurate with experience.
