Warehouse Assistant

Trust 1 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is a fast-growing, award-winning plumbing & HVAC company based in Quincy, MA. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and driven Warehouse Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly and support our technicians in the field.

• Support daily warehouse operations with little to no interruption to service needs
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and purchase orders
• Pick, prepare, and stage materials for installations and service jobs
• Oversee and direct the loading of installation trucks for scheduled jobs
• Review daily replenishment needs and order materials as required
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts (truck, weekly, and monthly warehouse counts)
• Update pricing and model numbers in Service Titan
• Sign tools in and out to technicians and track returns
• Ensure all equipment and material returns are processed properly
• Procure materials not currently in stock
• Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Complete building and parking area maintenance tasks as needed
• Analyze inventory data and identify trends or improvement opportunities
• Assist in creating truck layouts, warehouse labeling systems, and organizational drawings

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and software systems (Service Titan experience is a plus)
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

$24 - $30 hourly
