Today, nearly 200 people around the globe work on Speechify, all in a 100 % distributed setting. They are front‑end and back‑end engineers, AI research scientists, and others from Amazon, Microsoft, Google and many high‑growth startups.

• Actively ship production code to the web products
• Work closely with the dedicated product team
• Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap
• Build new and exciting features that impact millions of lives

• Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
• Customer obsession – passionate about building high‑quality products that serve customer needs
• Speed – able to generate ideas quickly and decide what can ship now and what requires time
• Focus – know when to engage and when to be heads‑down on a high‑growth, busy, remote team
• Collaboration – inspire, negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs
• Tech stack experience:

The United States based salary range for this role is: $140,000‑$200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience.
