Maintenance Technician – Industrial Facilities
Location: Quincy, MA
Type: Full-time | Onsite

Job SummarySeeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting in an industrial facility. This hands‑on role supports safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair valves, pumps, steam traps, and process equipment
- Inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and perform troubleshooting
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and P&IDs for repairs and installations
- Use hand, power, and shop tools safely
- Assist with equipment assembly, installation, and rigging
- Perform lubrication, calibration, and other preventive maintenance
- Complete data entry and maintain records/logs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools
- 3+ years industrial maintenance or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions
- Familiarity with safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and PPE use
- Manual lathe/milling experience is a plus
