We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our install department, drive quality, and help take our company to the next level.

• $100,000 – $140,000 salary + bonus structure

• Lead and manage the HVAC installation team
• Oversee daily install operations, scheduling, and job flow
• Ensure installs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Coach, train, and develop installers and lead techs
• Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams
• Maintain quality control, code compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Track performance, manage KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
• Be a leader your team respects and wants to follow

• Strong HVAC installation background (management experience preferred)
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• High standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in real time
• Experience with Service Titan (or similar software) is a plus
• Someone who wants long-term growth and advancement, not just a job
• Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly
