House Supervisor (RN)

• Night Shift (7p-7:30a)
• $7/hr Week Day Diff
• $9/hr Weekend Diff

The RN House Supervisor will oversee the administrative and clinical operations ensuring high quality patient care. The House Supervisor will provide leadership and support to nursing staff, ensure compliance, and foster a strong work culture.

• BSN Degree required
• Must be a Registered Nurse with recent inpatient/acute care hospital experience (3+ years)
• Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years supervisory experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Team Lead, Coordinator, House Supervisor, or equivalent
• Experience with conflict resolution, staffing, schedules, accountability for patients and staffing results, ensuring compliance, etc.
• Active MA license
• ACLS & BLS Certified
• CRRN preferred or eligible to obtain within 1 year of hire
