Conduct analytical testing of various vegetable oils using Stratas SOPs in a manufacturing facility. Recording corresponding data electronically. Clean and organize laboratory in a food manufacturing environment.
Testing of samples at various points in the process: production samples, inbound and outbound truck samples.
ResponsibilitiesHigh School diploma or equivalent - Required & Verified
Related ExperienceExperience with food safety a plus. Previous laboratory experience helpful, but not required.

Salary Range$45,760 - $48,880 / Annually
Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights

Mental/ReasoningAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Successful Candidatespossess basic computer/technology skills, capacity for memorizing and executing a multitude of processes, willingness to learn or knowledge of food safety in manufacturing environment, willingness to learn to operate laboratory devices and machinery, able to work weekends and overtime when required.
