Member of a production team whose goal is to assemble required components, operate equipment, inspect in-process medical devices / kits while always maintaining the quality and integrity of the product,
Responsibilities of the Kitters:- Builds product by following all processes in which certified and complete other assigned work.
- Responsible for quality and 100 % adherence to manufacturing process requirements, and the Quality Policy
- Proactively identifies and communicates quality issues and concerns
- Maintains accurate records including training an shop floor paperwork (SFP)
- High school diploma/degree/equivalent
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment while requiring a high level of accuracy
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to use computers at a basic level
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
