Job Details

What You'll Be Doing

• Support PMs and Supers on large-scale multifamily projects (typically $25M-$75M)
• Help manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and day-to-day project documentation
• Coordinate with field staff, design teams, and subcontractors
• Assist with procurement, buyout, scheduling, and owner communications
• Learn division processes and prepare for a future step into a PM role

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of APM or PE experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Familiarity with wood frame, podium, or mixed-use residential projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project tasks
• Experience using Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel
• A proactive attitude and interest in long-term career growth
