We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Lead to supervise a team of five individuals, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance across various mechanical systems. We are looking for someone from an industrial setting that can do work on conveyors, motors, gears, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. This role will pay $29 - $33 for the right candidate.

• Oversee and manage a team of five maintenance personnel, ensuring effective collaboration and task execution.
• Directly engage in maintenance work and scheduling, dedicating 50% of your time to each.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs using hand tools, ensuring all equipment functions optimally.
• Communicate effectively with external companies to coordinate maintenance activities and supply needs.
• Inform the office manager about necessary resources and equipment to facilitate seamless operations.
• Utilize pneumatic and hydraulic systems knowledge to perform preventive maintenance.

• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Strong supervisory and management skills.

• Experience operating a forklift.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hand tools.

The position operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with the expectation to work as needed until tasks are completed, averaging around 45 hours per week. The role is based in an industrial setting, utilizing various hand tools and mechanical equipment, with a casual dress code to ensure comfort and safety.

This is a Contract position based out of Quincy, MA.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
