• Report to: Service and Operations Manager
• Quality Control: Ensure daily operations comply with the highest quality and efficiency standards.
• Warehouse: Assist with general cleanliness, organization, inventory control, supply management, furniture and product quality, _ set‑ups and breakdowns.
• Apartment Inspections: Use Breezeway checkpoints to complete inspections, replace missing items, report repairs, and coordinate with housekeepers.
• Housekeepers: QA housekeeping staff on cleanliness and order standards.
• Work Orders: Handle maintenance requests, key arrangements, vendor access, supply purchases, troubleshooting, guest greetings, and minor repairs.
• General Maintenance: Maintain interior and exterior apartment conditions as identified during audits.
• Working Hours: 8:30 am–5:30 pm Monday–Friday; weekend work required on a call schedule.
• On Call Support: Participate in a paid rotating on‑call schedule.
• Furniture Maintenance: Build, disassemble, move, and care for furniture during lease transitions and storage.

• Full time employment (40 hours/week)
• Competitive hourly rate (FLSA non‑exempt)
• Hourly rate $22–$28 per hour
