Job Description
The Solutions Architect for HR Technology, serving as the Vendor & Business Integration Coordinator, is tasked with analyzing application architecture to ensure alignment with client standards. This includes creating detailed architecture diagrams required for Architecture Review Board (ARB) evaluations.
This role involves gathering requirements from GHR business users, coordinating with vendors for onboarding and resolving issues, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business subject matter experts (SMEs). The Solutions Architect ensures seamless integration and alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
Required Skill Set- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Understanding of HR technology solutions and vendor ecosystems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to project timelines.
- Strong skills in architecture design and diagramming.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
