Overview

We are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager who will support and guide our Scrum and development teams. This role ensures Agile best practices are followed, removes obstacles, promotes healthy team dynamics, and acts as a liaison between the Scrum team and Product Owner. The ideal candidate fosters a productive, collaborative, and conflict‑free environment.

Responsibilities Scrum & Agile Leadership
  • Guide and coach the Scrum team in Agile methodology, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a buffer between the Scrum team and the Product Owner, ensuring clear communication and focus.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive team environment by proactively resolving conflicts and removing impediments.
Project Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects from concept through implementation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate and interface with all project stakeholders, including end users, IT, client services, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Lead project meetings; track status, risks, and issues; ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee third‑party tasks, and review vendor deliverables.
  • Monitor projects from initiation to delivery, addressing both technical and non‑technical needs.
  • Identify project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals.
  • Provide technical or analytical guidance to team members as needed.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve problems and maintain project momentum.
