Who We Are Looking
The IT Enterprise Change Manager is a critical role for State Street and is responsible for the development of an ITIL V4 / ITSM based Enterprise IT Change Management strategy, governance model, processes, transformation/remediation plan, and associated controls. Upon completion of the transformation, the Manager will initiate BAU IT Change Management functions that include day‑to‑day governance, change operations, collaboration across IT departments and business units, and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the change management review, transformation, and management functions for policies, processes, and controls.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in ITIL Change Management operations
- Strong expertise in ITIL (v4 preferred) and IT Change Management across application and/or infrastructure environments
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Proven background in IT project deployment, incident management, and problem management
- Demonstrated project management and coordination skills, including conducting reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across organizational levels
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Service Now and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Service Now operational and reporting experience preferred
- Four days per week in‑office to support North America and APAC shifts
$70,000 - $118,750 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified; the applicable range could differ if the candidate would ultimately work outside of that primary location.
