ETL Test Lead

Infosys seeks an ETL Test Lead to act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing functionality of existing systems. The role involves requirement analysis, defining test strategy & design, leading execution, designing optimal test environment for real‑time scenarios, and collaborating with talent to deliver innovative, defect‑free solutions that meet client business needs. It also promotes a learning culture of teamwork and diversity.

• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy and design.
• Lead test execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Design and maintain an optimal test environment simulating real‑time scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to create high quality solutions.
• Communicate test status, risks and findings via telephone, email or face‑to‑face.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 3 years progressive experience may substitute one year of education.
• At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship;
  Infosys does not provide immigration sponsorship.
• Work location:
  
  Quincy, MA; may require travel.
• Experience in agile project model.

• 3+ years of experience in test strategy and design.
• 3+ years of ETL, Big data, and BI reports testing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL query writing and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• 4+ years experience in Python, proficient in Python automation frameworks development and maintenance.
• Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Experience in performance, stress and endurance testing, performance bottleneck identification and tuning.
• 4+ years experience in test execution, analysis and reporting.
• Strong expertise in SQL and understanding transformations and converting them to queries for data validation.
• Design and develop simple scripts using specialized testing tools.
• Create test cases for complex modules based on defined test strategy.
• Execute test cases with focus on key modules and both functional and non‑functional testing.
• Create test analysis report and implement defect prevention plan.
• Experience in Agile and Dev Ops methodology.
• Ability to work in a team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Strong coordination, communication, reporting and analytical skills.

• Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Communicating by telephone, email, or face to face as required.
• Travel may be required per job requirements.
