Location: North Quincy, MA (Onsite)
Employment: Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Appian applications and web-based solutions
  .
• Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers when needed.
• Understand the differences between REST vs. SOAP and core principles of integrating with web services.
• Collaborate with business users to convert business requirements into technical designs
  , including data mapping and loading into data warehouses.
• Build critical Appian-based applications and associated integration components in Java
  .
• Develop Appian BPM applications and integrate them with external or COTS systems
  .
• Estimate, size, and plan Appian business requirements; serve as a problem-solver during design and development.
• Debug and troubleshoot Interfaces
  , SAIL forms
  , and Process Models
  .

Requirements

• Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certifications required.
• Ability to lead a distributed engineering team
  .
• Strong understanding of at least one major programming language (Java, Python, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Appian Sites and complex SAIL forms
  .
• Experience executing multiple integrations with external systems.
• Ability to scope, size, and estimate Appian projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  , Computer Engineering
  , or a related technical field.
