Quincy, MA (Onsite 4x/week)
18+ Month Contract
$50–$65/hr
We’re seeking a data-driven Product Manager to lead Agile development initiatives and drive execution across a dynamic, operations-focused technology roadmap.
What You’ll Do- Lead Agile/Scrum delivery of multiple epics across the product roadmap
- Gather and translate requirements from Sales, Fulfillment, and Client Experience teams
- Prioritize features based on business value and ROI (RICE, Kano, etc.)
- Partner with Engineering to estimate timelines and deliver high-impact releases
- Demo features to stakeholders and manage go-to-market launches, training, and post-launch support
- Measure adoption, performance, and competitive insights to inform future roadmap decisions
- Launch and optimize LLM/ML-based features with clear performance metrics (Precision, Recall, F1)
- 3–5 years of Product Manager/Product Owner experience in Agile environments (JIRA, Pivotal, Asana)
- Experience managing or influencing $10MM+ P&L
- Background launching ML/LLM-driven features and running experiments or prototypes
- Strong analytical mindset with ROI modeling and basic SQL/BI skills
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, operationally intensive environments
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
