Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic leader responsible for driving Git Hub Copilot adoption across the organizations technology landscape, with focus on legacy systems (60-70% Java, .NET, C/C++, scripting) and COTS integration.
Key Responsibilities
• Assessment & Strategy:
Conduct ground-level requirements analysis with development teams to identify Copilot adoption opportunities
• Quarterly Implementation:
Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestones
• Legacy System Focus:
Develop adoption strategies specifically for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments, build in legacy frameworks
• Stakeholder Engagement:
Interface with technical teams, architects, and management to drive change management
• Agent Development Oversight:
Define requirements and oversee creation of custom Copilot agents for COTS and legacy systems
• Success Metrics:
Establish KPIs and measure adoption success across diverse technology stacks
• Training & Enablement:
Design and implement organization-wide Copilot training programs
