We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience in Capital Markets to support critical payments modernization and ISO 20022 migration initiatives. This role is essential in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to modernize domestic and cross-border payment systems (RTGS, ACH, SWIFT).

• ISO 20022 Migration:
  Conduct data mapping and gap analysis between legacy SWIFT MT messages and new ISO 20022 MX formats.
• Requirements Management:
  Define business and functional requirements for domestic and cross-border payment systems.
• Financial Integration:
  Ensure alignment between payment messages and accounting entries in the bank's General Ledger (GL) and sub-ledger systems.
• Testing & Quality:
  Support end-to-end testing (UAT/SIT) for message transformations, reconciliations, and accounting postings.
• Stakeholder Liaison:
  Act as a bridge between internal operations/IT teams and external vendors/regulatory bodies.

• Experience:
  
  8–10 years of Business Analysis experience within the US Capital Markets domain.
• Payments Domain:
  Deep understanding of payment workflows (ACH, RTGS, SWIFT) and message flows (MT to MX).
• Technical Analysis:
  Proven ability in data mapping, gap analysis, and creating data flow diagrams.
• Compliance:
  Familiarity with global and regional ISO 20022 mandates.
• Location:
  
  Must be able to work 100% onsite in North Quincy, MA.
