Ltc Therapy Solutions is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to fill a full‑time or PRN position at our skilled nursing facility in Quincy, MA. The COTA will provide exceptional, personalized care and support patients in their rehabilitation journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic interventions under the direction of occupational therapists.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and adaptive equipment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and encouraging environment.
- Valid state COTA license required.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and dedication to patient care.
Full‑time position with a salary of $35.00 per hour (Employer estimate). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other comprehensive coverage.
