Audit​/Compliance Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Manage audits, examinations, and reviews for the organization, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders throughout the audit and review process, including internal teams and external parties.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate action plans and remediation efforts.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to identify, assess, and validate risks and controls before, during, and after audits or reviews.
• Stay informed about relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Compile, analyze, and review risk management information from various business units.
• Partner with risk and compliance teams to provide input on frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Promote a strong risk culture by facilitating awareness and adherence to risk management practices.
• Continuously monitor internal and external risk factors and anticipate potential issues through research and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, auditing, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing risk‑related projects across multiple business areas.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
