Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team and support projects from early design through construction completion. This individual will play a key role in producing high-quality architectural designs and managing construction documentation and administration across complex projects.

Responsibilities

+ Lead architectural design efforts from schematic design through construction administration

+ Produce and coordinate detailed construction documents

+ Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle

+ Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and site coordination

+ Contribute to multi-use and mixed-use project teams as needed

Required Qualifications

+ 10+ years of professional experience in architecture

+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

+ Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

+ Strong experience with construction documents and construction administration

+ Experience in architectural and schematic design

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience working on multi-use or mixed-use projects

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
