What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate and schedule services for elderly clients on weekends
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure service quality
  • Provide excellent customer service to address client needs and concerns
  • Organize and lead scheduling activities to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client services and scheduling
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work every other weekend from 7 am to approximately 3:30 p.m.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or tools
