Your responsibility is to provide the best customer care to resolve patient insurance claims or questions related to medical care and benefits information.
Call Center Specialist Responsibilities- Take ownership of the customer's concerns and complaints; providing them the best solution.
- Address any complications the member may encounter in the future.
- Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients.
- Sharing insights with the team on how to improve services.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment (office or remote).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Reliable and hardworking.
