Pay: $130,000 - $160,000+ (DOE)
Schedule: 4 days on site, 1 day remote

Our client is a well-established general contractor specializing in large-scale commercial and multifamily residential construction projects across New England. They are looking for an experienced Estimator who can manage the full bid process from conceptual estimates to final pricing. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential!

What You Get to Do:

• Prepare and submit accurate, competitive estimates for commercial and multifamily residential construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure complete bid packages
• Manage subcontractor and vendor bid solicitation
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis using OST, iSqFt, and Microsoft Project
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
• Collaborate with project teams on scheduling, logistics, and risk management

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5-10 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST), iSqFt, and Excel
• Strong knowledge of trade scopes, cost structures, and bid processes
• Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment
