Job OverviewProminent Builders Inc is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our Field Operations team in the Greater Boston area. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day onsite construction activities at a Multi-Family project, ensuring schedules, safety standards, quality benchmarks, and budgets are consistently met.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Superintendent who is looking to grow into a Senior Superintendent role while working with a company that offers autonomy, strong leadership support, and a solid pipeline of work for the next 18 months.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily onsite construction operations from project start through completion
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and aligns with project specifications and drawings
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track budgets, change orders, and progress updates
- Conduct regular jobsite walks and maintain detailed daily field reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (Multi-Family experience required)
- Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades onsite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- $100,000 – $150,000 per year

Standard daytime construction hours (occasional extended hours based on project demands)
