Pay: $140,000 - $175,000+ depending on experience

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the Boston area who can lead and oversee large-scale multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term career growth potential.

What You Get to Do:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and architects
• Oversee project financials, including contracts, budgets, and purchase orders
• Work closely with field teams and superintendents to keep projects on track
• Conduct regular site visits, safety checks, and team meetings

What You Need to Succeed:

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management
• Prior experience working on wood-frame multifamily projects
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
