Client Services and Claim Support Specialist

We’re a specialized insurance agency looking for a full-time Client Services & Claims Support Specialist to support our partner schools and their families. • Serve as a key point of contact for schools during the claims process
• Respond to emails, calls, and questions from schools, parents, and teammates
• Keep customer records up-to-date, organized, and accurate
• Collaborate with Account Managers to resolve issues and provide support
• Stay informed on policy and process updates
• Step in to assist Account Managers during busy periods

• 2–5 years of customer service or administrative experience, or a recent college degree
• Friendly and professional communication—written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A team-player mindset with a proactive attitude
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and accurate data entry (10-key a plus)
