Receptionist Part-time​/Per Diem

Regal Care at Quincy is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a part-time/per diem basis
. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and staff in a courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and general office tasks as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional image of the facility.
• Provide administrative support to the front office and nursing staff when needed.

• Previous Receptionist or Customer Service Experience Preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

Part-time / Per diem - days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
