Overview :Seeking a Program Support professional to assist testing operations and administrative functions. This role reports to the Director of Administration & Business Processes (Operations Training Department) and may require rare travel to additional testing sites listed below.
Work Hours & Coverage :The site requires approximately 48 hours of weekly coverage. Contractors will work up to 37.5 hours per week, with schedules coordinated with the supervisor and adjusted based on operational needs.
Primary Site Schedule - North Quincy Computer Lab :
- Mon / Wed / Fri: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Tue / Wed: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
One overnight shift weekly: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM (rotating Tue / Thu)
Coverage is primarily daytime, with occasional overnight sessions. Staff assigned overnight shifts may receive split or partial adjacent shifts to ensure safe scheduling. Overnight shifts rotate and are not guaranteed weekly.

Primary - Test Proctor & Site Contact
- Greet and check in employees for scheduled testing
- Verify identity and testing eligibility
- Assign exams through LMS and ensure access
- Explain test rules and procedures
- Monitor sessions and enforce compliance policies
- Prevent unauthorized materials or misconduct
- Troubleshoot minor technical access issues
- Maintain a quiet, organized testing environment
- Report irregularities to supervisors
Secondary - Administrative Support
- Enter data from paper files into digital systems (strong Excel required)
- Assist with high-volume data projects
- Maintain digital records and archives
- Operate scanners, printers, and office equipment
- Retrieve and process file / data requests
- Support departments with ad-hoc data tasks
- Review workflows and suggest process improvements
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
