Med Surg / Tele RN – Surgical Unit | 3x12 Days | 36hrs

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg / Tele RN for a fast‑paced 48-bed inpatient surgical unit. This unit manages complex post‑operative and vascular patients in a high‑acuity environment.

• Total joint replacements (hips & knees)
• PCA pump management
• Sepsis management
• TPN & Lipids
• Heparin titration per protocol
• Surgical RN experience (minimum 1 year)
• EPIC experience REQUIRED

• 48 beds
• 1:4–6 ratios (days)
• Tele monitor tech support
• LPN & CNA support
• Primary care nursing model

3x12‑hour shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.), 36 hours/week, every other weekend, holiday rotation. No call required. Fast‑paced surgical unit with high admit/discharge volume.
