Med Surg / Tele RN – Surgical Unit | 3x12 Days | 36hrs
We are seeking an experienced Med Surg / Tele RN for a fast‑paced 48-bed inpatient surgical unit. This unit manages complex post‑operative and vascular patients in a high‑acuity environment.
Must‑Have Experience- Total joint replacements (hips & knees)
- PCA pump management
- Sepsis management
- TPN & Lipids
- Heparin titration per protocol
- Surgical RN experience (minimum 1 year)
- EPIC experience REQUIRED
- 48 beds
- 1:4–6 ratios (days)
- Tele monitor tech support
- LPN & CNA support
- Primary care nursing model
3x12‑hour shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.), 36 hours/week, every other weekend, holiday rotation. No call required. Fast‑paced surgical unit with high admit/discharge volume.
