Location: Quincy, IL

Pay Range: Based on Relevant Experience | Weekend Differential Applicable

Schedule: 2 weekend shifts per month minimum

As an RN or LPN at QMG Now
, Quincy Medical Group's Walk-In Clinic, you'll be part of a fast-paced, team-centered environment that provides same-day care to patients of all ages. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a setting where each day brings variety—from minor injuries and illnesses to more urgent needs. You ll assist with patient assessments, administer medications, coordinate care, and support providers in delivering high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.

• Assist with triage, assessments, and treatments under the direction of a provider
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with other clinical team members to ensure efficient patient flow
• Support urgent care procedures and respond calmly in high-pressure situations
• Maintain clinical supplies, clean rooms, and follow all infection control procedures
• Participate in weekend rotation and contribute to team-based scheduling needs

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
• BLS certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in urgent care, walk-in, or outpatient settings
• Ability to work a flexible 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a positive team attitude
