Registered Nurse Med Surg

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Registered Nurse that would be interested in a Full-time 13-week contract within a Medical Surgical Unit in Quincy, IL. Additional details of the contract are listed below:

Schedule:

36 or 48 hours/week available, every other weekend required

Shift: 7:00pm-7:30am

Pay Rate

Local Pay Rate: $63

Hr, with $500 starting bonus

Travel Package: $ 3,638 weekly candidate must be 50+ miles from the facility

Requirements:

-2+ years of recent Medsurg experience required

-Covid vaccination or declination

-IL RN License

-BLS

- NIHSS required (can obtain NIHSS during hiring process)

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.

Full command of the English language, both verbal and written.

Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation).

Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Current BLS card.

Will offer assistance with Temporary IL License
