RN​/LPN Float

Overview

Position: RN or LPN Float Location: Quincy, IL Pay Range:

• LPN: $18.66 - $27.99 per hour
• RN: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour Shift Differential:
  Additional $1.00/hour for Float positions

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (some variability based on departmental needs)

About the Role:

As an RN or LPN Float, you will rotate between different departments, providing essential patient care and supporting clinical teams. This role provides the opportunity to gain experience in various specialties, enhancing your skills and professional growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

• Provide direct patient care and conduct assessments tailored to each department.
• Document patient interactions accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions between specialty departments.
• Adapt to various clinical environments, providing support across different areas of the clinic as needed.

• Current RN or LPN license in Illinois required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various clinical environments.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
