Pay Range:
LPN: $18.66 – $27.99 per hour | Based on Relevant Experience
RN: $25.00 – $37.50 per hour | Based on Relevant Experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (some variability based on departmental needs)
About the Role:As an RN or LPN in Pediatrics at Quincy Medical Group, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents. This position supports pediatric providers with clinical care and care coordination while helping create a positive, comforting experience for patients and families.
You’ll work in a collaborative, family-centered environment where education, reassurance, and clinical excellence are equally important.
Primary Responsibilities:Prepare pediatric patients for visits by verifying information, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical history.
Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments as appropriate to licensure.
Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection.
Monitor patient responses and communicate changes or concerns to providers.
Provide age-appropriate patient and family education, including anticipatory guidance.
Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and medication refills.
Document care accurately and timely within the electronic medical record.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of exam rooms and clinical areas.
Perform other duties as assigned to support pediatric clinic operations.

Active Illinois RN or LPN license required.
CPR certification required (available upon hire).
Pediatric or family practice experience preferred but not required.
