Position Title: Production Worker - Laborer

Wage: $18.07 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Production Worker - Laborer position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

• Load and unload rims from hooks and lines.
• Move various products using hands, arms, and core body strength.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. consistently throughout shift.
• Stand for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Ability to grip, push, pull, and manipulate materials while frequently bending, stooping, twisting, and kneeling.
• Work in a loud, hot environment.
• Forklift Operators must roll and position wheels over 100 lbs.
• Painters must wear a Tyvek suit, respirator, and gloves throughout the shift.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and directions from supervisors.
