This is an entry level position on the manufacturing floor. Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required and must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.

The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, and operate a motorized forklift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Keep lines stocked with packaging materials
• Operate production lines through breaks and lunches
• Run production line when Operator is not available
• Fill out appropriate paperwork while covering for Line Operator
• Basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment
• Knowledge of basic operation for equipment on line
• Understand and perform basic tasks as needed within the M3 inventory system
• Support production goals and progress through communication and teamwork with Operators

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED & VERIFIED

$41,600 - $50,648 / Annually

Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work with heights.
