Job Summary

In this role, you’ll actively listen and engage with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment goals, and provide evidence-based interventions that promote healing and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to receive ongoing training and clinical supervision in areas such as comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques — all while working under the guidance of a dedicated clinical supervisor.
- Receive referrals and provide direct counseling services to children, couples, and families in need.
- Referrals can include from our Intact Family Services program, the surrounding parochial schools, and walk in referrals.
- Collaborate and consult with other program staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with other agency programs and community service organizations for referrals and case planning.
- Complete case documentation, forms, and reports accurately and on time.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Education:Master’s degree in a human service field or related area (MSW preferred).
- Licensure:Must hold or be actively working toward LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT licensure.
- Experience:At least one year of supervised experience providing direct clinical counseling.
- Knowledge/
Skills:- Strong understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic practice.
- Demonstrated maturity, autonomy, and professional responsibility.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
